Tianhe Agent (“Service”) is an internal automation tool operated by a single business for operational management and
authorized content publishing workflows.

- Account authorization data: tokens or authorization artifacts issued by third-party platforms after you authorize access.
- Operational data: task entries and operational notes created by authorized users (e.g., schedules, inventory tasks).
- Technical logs: basic logs needed for reliability and security (e.g., timestamps, request IDs, error logs).
3. How we use data
- To authenticate users and perform actions you explicitly request.
- To upload/publish content on behalf of the authorized account (when enabled and approved).
- To monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
4. Sharing of data
We do not sell personal data. We share data only as necessary to operate the Service:
- Third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok) when you authorize and request publishing actions.
- Service providers (hosting, security, logging) strictly to run the Service.
- Legal if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Data retention
Authorization tokens and operational records are retained only as long as needed for business operations and security.
You may request deletion (see “Your choices”).
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data (e.g., access controls and limited retention).
No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.

- You can revoke platform authorization in the relevant platform settings.
- You can request access or deletion by contacting support@tianhe-hao.com.
8. International transfers
If data is processed in different countries, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate protections consistent with
applicable laws.
9. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for internal business use and is not directed to children.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date will be updated above.
